    1. Is it still around €80 for gas boiler service.

    2. If so how much extra to have two downstairs trv's replaced (supplied by me) when getting the service done.

    3. Also what should I expect from a gas boiler service and how long should it normally take. Its a about 3 yrs old.

    cheers lads.

Safety, your family's life and equality of service.
    Basically in that order.
Up to you what you spend .

Not trying 2 scare monger, but that's it.

A cheap service, is a cheap service, no matter what your told.

More time to drain down and refill, cost of part is minuscule.

    A. Yes.

Depends on the type of valves and the pipework that you already have. The cost would be related to the time required to drain down, adjust pipe if required, fit valves, re-fill, vent and checks.
None of which relate to the boiler service.
    3. Also what should I expect from a gas boiler service and how long should it normally take. Its a about 3 yrs old.

Age of boiler is irrelevant, usually takes min 1- 1.5 hrs.

Thanks lads, I wasn't looking for a cheap service just wondering if the €80 had gone up.

How long would it take for draining and refilling a pressurised system with just 7 or 8 rads on it. Filling it would hardly take long.

Just don't want some clown trying to make a big deal of it and ripping
    me off:(

So for service and try replacement expect anything in the region of €160-€220
