    Absolutely raging here lads.:(

    Dropped the GTI off this morning with a main dealers to get the headlights fixed.
    Just picked it up and was not expecting this at all.
    And they have invoiced me for 250e ?
    this cant be acceptable is it?

    To say my weekend is ruined would be an under statement :(:(

    Is that an OEM ejector seat? They might have installed cheap Chinese rubbish. It could be the European version. When you press it the passenger will eject and you'll career into a ditch

    the fella in the garage said if they stop working again I've to flick the switch they added in the fuse box under the bonnet.
    I didnt take a pic but the fuse they added looks like this but its cable tied onto a pipe.

    So you flick switch in case of an emerging sea .
    Then the light switch is activated in cup holder.
    Makes perfect sense

    All you need now is to goto a Toyota dealers and get a towbar fitted, hopefully a genuine one, oh and don't need to pay for it, they should give it to you for free for giving them the privilege of fitting it to your car....
