    Hi

Thanks for taking the time to read this. So just lost my job I'm 32 with two young kids. Was the main earner at in the house taking in about 40k a year.

The job I lost is few and far between was there 14 years.

So a change of career is needed.

Problem is anything I do I'll be starting off fresh. I'm looking for suggestions on possible companies that like to build careers from bottom up?

I've looked at motor industry and banking mostly but am open to ideas.

Or even coarses that will lead to jobs? I've looked briefly at crane driving.

I know regardless my wages will take a hit for now how much I can take I'm not sure.

Any suggestions welcome. I've only been looking a week for a job and finding it a bit overwhelming and disheartening.
