Any Ideas why my C5 1.6 hdi has a flat spot when accelerating from 1500 RPM?.

Possibly the EGR valve. Try cleaning that and see.

i had this on a 1.6HDI C5 I owned. I cleaned the EGR but it was still giving issues. It ended up a doggy EGR so I blanked it and that was the end of the issue. I picked up a plate on ebay for a 5 euro
