Eir vs Vodafone Business Support

I'm post to find out if anyone has any experience/recommendations between Eir and Vodafone's Business Support services. This would be for single landline and broadband.

Currently I'm with Eir however Vodafone are slightly cheaper for the setup we're looking at, we're out of contract so there's no issue in that regard. tbh we haven't needed to get in touch with support in the past but just in case an issue does arise I'd prefer to have the better quality support line.

    Thanks!

From my own experiences with dealing with the business sections of all of the major ISPs, Vodafone's business support has been the worst of them.

You have to have circa 10x lines with either to be routed to the alternative CSRs, your sme "business" account is residential in every way but name. VMI interestingly direct any business from a sole trader to a MNC to their irish contact centre because malaysia are so dreadfully incompetent.

As much as I dislike Virgin Media these days, that's one thing I will give them credit for; their SME support is excellent.

    +1

Even Vodafone's Home support is better than their Business support and their Home support isn't exactly great to begin with!

Their "business care" agents were woeful, their sales teams were woeful, their internal and customer-facing systems were woeful, their response times... yep, woeful.
Vodafone were hands down the most incompetent, frustrating supplier I have ever dealt with in business
