Our master socket is in a daft place - at the far end of a long bungalow, about as far as possible away from any electricity socket. I would like to move it.

Sky have advised they don't do that sort of thing - who does? Is it something I can do myself?

Your local electrician. As it's internal wiring it's not up to the phone providers to do it.

You're better off not moving it as field technicians can then charge you a callout penalty if it causes problems.

If you do want to its pretty easy. Jelly clips onto cat5 then run it down you attic and reuse the same face plate.
