He is a carpenter by trade but is versed in all aspects and has links to numerous sub contractors etc in his locality. Building houses from start to finish…

Asking on behalf of a relative. He has worked in his families business for 15 years and seems to think there is a gap in the market for a high end custom home builder.

He is a carpenter by trade but is versed in all aspects and has links to numerous sub contractors etc in his locality. Building houses from start to finish is easy to him.

He just wants to start a proper company, all registered, accredited, website etc etc.

What start up cost would be involved in the "paperwork" area to get it started properly. He has all plant and equipment there to do the actual construction etc it's just getting a fully compliant company out there. Branding etc.

Also any info/links to tax, and tax deductions available for companies would be great.
