    Hi guys,

I know this has been done to death but I just move into a new house and before i had a change to figure out the existing alarm we were burgled - what are the chances?

Anyway the alarm is an AirTech CS350 - I have no codes from previous owner - the control panel in the hallway is blank and the alarm is turned off. The control board is located in the hot press.

Is there anyway of resetting back to factory defaults without the alarm going off? I guess I will need some codes to reset it - any help appreciated.

I am not too bad with a screw driver so I would feel ok about removing battery resetting panels etc.

There is a jumper you can remove (LK1) while the unit is powered down, on powerup the unit should factory reset. You need to power back down and replace the jumper. This will only work if the unit is not 'engineer locked'.

If it is engineer locked most good installers can reset it for you.
