I have seen some small industrial units being used as places of worship. Maybe ask your local estate agent if there are any in your area that might be suitable.

How many hours per week do you need the space for, may I ask?

What location are you looking at setting up?
Are you planning Sunday only or mid week as well?
How many people are you looking at?

We've used community halls and hotels were we booked a room but all depends on what your needs are.

Also bear in mind, Planning Permission, Fire Safety Cert and a Disability Access Certificate may be required.
You will also have to check the Local zoning maps to ensure a place of worship is sufficient use for the area/unit in question.

If there isn't a specific problem with space-sharing, its not uncommon for congregations without utterly divisive beliefs to share premises. Know of a few varying pentecostal churches using one space, also various Orthodox and even one case where RC and Romanian Orthodox were sharing. Otherwise you are pretty much looking at needing a full rental rather than booking time somewhere.
