    Hi All,

We've just moved into a house, with an EPH 3 zone controller(1 hot water, 2xheating), as it stands the boiler is airlocked, waiting on someone to come out to fix that. the tank has a thermostat on it, as does another pipe coming out of the tank(orange thermotstat), this seems to be a temperature overflow pipe????

Our other problem is that try as we can we can't get the immersion to get the water to heat up in the cylinder. Are there some settings that i'm making a mess of?

We have a back boiler on our stove which heats up water also, and i can feel some of the pipes entering and exiting the tank can be roasting when this is on, but we can't seem to direct this to the hot taps.

All hot water relies on either the kerosene boiler, immersion, back boiler, and as it stands we have none.

    Any help/advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks.
