    Hi all,
    Just looking for some advice, I'm turning 37 soon an planning to start TTC in 2 months time. Due to my age just wondering if you'd have any advice that might help?I'm tracking my cycles (28 days) and I had an ultrasound last year as I had very painful periods an was afraid of PCOS but they think it's clear. During ultrasound the lady said I had ovulated as she could see sac? Currently trying to get to healthy weight I'm about 2 stone over now. Just wondering if anyone would have any other tips or advice that I could implement now. My sister had to have ivf hence my fears I may also have trouble
