Looking for beautician that does mink eyelashes

Anyone know of a good beautician in the Dublin 15 area that does mink eyelashes - either in their own salon or house visits? I really don't know much about them, just asking for my sister who lives out there?

Can't say I've got them before myself , buy my gf got them for holidays in Tina's in Huntstown! She's a regular there for her hair and nails.
