Day Date on a Sunday - Dublin City

    Lads and lasses,

Quick question. Any suggestions for a day date (1st date) that doesn't involve alcohol in Dublin on a Sunday?

Was thinking of starting with coffee in this place which is one of my favourite hidden gems in Dublin.

But what then?? All suggestions greatly appreciated.

Dublin Castle or get the bus to the Botanic Gardens, there is a really nice coffee place there too.

Stephen's Green. The park, not the shopping centre.

    Natural history museum.

Dart to Howth or Dun Laoghaire and walk down pier.

    Junior's pizza.

Train to Howth, hike the hill to the Bailey light, the summit and back, then a take-out from Wrights chippy on the pier. Any energy left? Sutton graveyard and say hello to Phil Parris Lynnott (that's the nerdy bit, and prob too long a hikefor a first date).

Rent a couple of bikes at the parkgate st entrance to Phoenix Park and go for a spin up to Farmleigh. Or even go for the tandem!

    If the weather's nice:
"Dublin Bay Cruises" - take the boat from town out to Howth and walk up around the cliffs there if you fancy it.
