I have a 2003 1.4l civic and Its failing on high idle CO2. Im getting 1.10% and it needs to be below 0.20%. Would changing the catalyic converter resolve this? I changed the lambda sensor so far and its brought it down from 1.27%.

I can't see a cat sorting that out with readings that high. There must be some other problem.
