Like the title says, im wanting a new bathroom change and want to move the toilet into the other corner of the room but might not have the correct fall for the 4inch sewer pipe. All floors will be getting lifted and new screed installed howeve is there anything that i can use for toilet waste if dont have the correct fall in a sewerpipe.

Is the stack internal or external? Is the current access point to the stack at floor level or above?

Had a very similiar problem after a similar bathroom re-configuration, toiled moved around to another wall and constantly backing up. The main problem was although the moved the toilet they didn't lower the point which the toilet connected to the stack, it was still at the same height as when the toilet was beside the stack. So i just had to re-jig the stack to drop the access down by about 75mm, to allow approx 25mm / m fall on the run from the toilet, which was roughly 3m long. Hasn't given a days problem since and that was 4 years ago :D
