hi guys. hope this is the right place to ask. currently looking at buying a duplex apartment (first and second floor). it needs a bit of work but nothing too intensive to the untrained eye! i'm just wondering what kind of cost should i be expecting? would need carpet/wood flooring throughout (probably mostly wood), maybe bannister, plugs fittings replaced, skirting boards, walls/roof painted etc. bathroom/kitchen does not need to be refitted but bathroom needs paint/skirts.

    sitting room 3.7x4.8m
    hall 1x4.9m
    bed 1 3.8x3.4m
    bed 2 3.8x3.2m
    bath 1.5x.2.6m

are there things that massively increase or decrease cost? any info or guide prices would be fantastic, thanks!

Painting 7.5 euros per meter square, skirting painting 5 euros per meter,
wooden floor can be around 80 euros per square meter supply and fit, depends on wood and type of floor. carpet 20-32 per square meter. stairs and banister painting depends on type.
electrical plug change can be 55 euros a point.
