Moving out of apartment

    I have been a tenant for pst 18 months, I had being paying my bills all along till xmas last year (2015), my account says I have 2 unpaid bills for February (65.54) and May (64.64). I want to pay what I owe and close the account in my name as I moving out. So I have 2 queries


    1. I though charges were suspended on 31st of March so why am I getting bill in May?
    2. What do i have to do to close account in my name?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    The bill you received in May, would have been for the period up to March 31 and the bill you received in February would have been for the last billing period in 2015.

    If you call us on 1850 448 448 up to 10 days prior to your move, we can update your account with the details.
