Cheapest replacement panes for aluminium double glazing?

Anyone know where is the cheapest place near Dublin for replacement glass panes for old aluminium double glazed windows with Georgian style white bars between the panes?

We have a load of misted glass in our windows but we're not in a position to replace the windows with uPVC as the house is in a conservation area and an full replacement would have to be sash windows which we'd love but won't be able to afford double glazed ones for at least 5/6 years.

So, we're thinking of replacing the worst panes to get us through the next few years while we save to do a proper job on them. Obviously, with such a short life expectancy, we're looking to spend as little as possible!

Just in process of getting windows replaced myself so I thought misted glass in double glazing is a failure of the seal in the glass and should be covered by the company that installed them. So I have been told by a few companies recently and that it would be covered by the guarentee i.e free of charge

We just bought the house and I'd guess the windows are at least 15/20 years old based on the fact they're aluminium rather than uPVC so I can't see them still being under warranty even if I could find out who installed them!

I don't think too many honour the guarantee. Maybe if they are only in a year or 2. Op has aluminium so I'm guessing that they are well out of warranty.

If you're replacing all panes, just leave out the Georgian bars. They're added expense and very dated.

Unfortunately, it's not an option. We're in an Architectural Conservation Area so have to keep the look. Only going to be replacing 5/6 panes as we'll be installing the "correct" Sash windows in 5/6 years time.
