Speculation for Euribor

Hi, It seems the Euribor has been going down since the last here and now is negative. Do you expect it starting to rise again in the next 3 years, since it looks like it cannot decrease more and looks like Europe is recovering? Or do you think it will keep going down in the next 3 years? Thanks
