Galway - A horrible county to work in....

It's getting to near impossible to commute anywhere within Galway at this stage...

Claregalway is chronic as always, even at 4.30 in the evening it's backed up for a mile or two.
Tuam is a write off to get to in the evening, even before the motorway works started.

And even if you manage to crawl in the N17 or N84 to get through town, you are faced with gridlock.
Fridays have long been known to be off limits when travelling across town. And now it seems the witless council idiots in charge of balancing the traffic lights are having a go... hardly any traffic getting through the lights these days, que massive build ups as a result.....it's chaos getting anywhere

Even by Galway standards, the traffic's exceptionally bad this evening. Bumper to bumper from Dangan to Newcastle, both ways on the bridge and University Road.

Please get in touch with your local representative, boards cannot fix this issue.

Thread closed as we have plenty of traffic threads as it is and the signal to noise ratio is well off.
