Anyone know the best dietitian in Waterford?

Looking for a dietitian that specializes in testing for leaky gut, low stomach acid, intestine yeast etc. Jess Keane seemed to fit the bill but she is on maternity leave at the moment. :-( The other dietitians around dont seem to specialize in this area. Anyone any info?
