What does Pending Charges Mean

Hi There , was arrested about a year ago , questioned , released without charged , no charge sheet etc .. Update to recent times - guard called - development in case and guard mentioned charges pending, what does this mean wants me to go back in to station? Any Advice much appreciated, Cheers !

If charges are pending it means that you WILL be charged at some point in the future.

This is the most important thing for you to know now: you need to go and get yourself a solicitor and do not talk to ANYONE else about this until you have yourself a solicitor.

There isn't anything else to be added so I'm closing this thread.
