EI Upgrade Bid?

    Hi everyone,

    Hope this is the right area to post.

    I have just put in a bid to upgrade to business class for my Aer Lingus flight to Los Angeles in 2 weeks.

    The lowest limit was €720 and I bid €830. There's currently 9 seats available in the business class according to the website.

    Any idea what my chances are of getting it? And if its worth it?

    Any info at all would be great as its my very first transatlantic flight :)

    The only person who I have heard of who got an accepted bid it actually turned out they paid more than the original full fare.
