Cbeebies / BBC Four no Sound Anymore

    Hi All,
    Cbeebies & Cbeebies HD are now back my Freesat channels as before the Olympic Games however there is no sound at all in both channel :(, it's the same issue when Cbeebies is over and BBC Four starts.
    I use the tuner of my Samsung Smart TV to receive freesat.

    Can anybody help please???
