VW caddy wind up windows

just bought an absolute mint of a 151 caddy at a cheap price. 18000 kms like new etc. only one reservation it has bloody wind up windows!! I'm wondering does anyone know who might do this kind of retrofit work. I'm assuming one would salvage the innards from a crashed one. Thanks in advance for any help with this
