Replacing Stuart Turner M330N 1.5bar pump with Monsoon 2 bar?

So I would like to replace the busted Stuart Turner M330N Twin negative head 1.5 bar pump in the apartment with a better one this time, because I had problems with the M330N several times before it finally gave up completely ( the motor is busted so no chance of fixing it with a new pcb etc ).
A lot of people recommending a Monsoon one.
They are expensive, but I've seen a good deal on a refurbished Monsoon Twin universal/negative 2 bar pump.
Would going from 1.5 bar to 2 bar be a bad idea?
I realise that hot showers would be shorter with the increased flow, but could you increase the thermostat a bit on the immersion tank and close the valves a bit to slow down the flow?

Joey the Lips has said on other posts that you can't go from 1.5 bar to 3 bar, but wondering would 2 bar be ok.

    Thanks

There will not be a Huge noticeable difference between the 1.5 and the 2, not enough to be going increasing the thermostats or adjusting valves.
Just be aware thst a lot of the recon units are the 330N model and some of them are not fully reconditioned.

    edit:
Also take into consideration that you get a 5 year parts and labour warranty on the brand new Stuart Turner brass bodied pump (provided it has been installed correctly) compared to 1 year max on a recon unit.
