Catch 22

Looking to import a Land Rover commercial (crew cab) from the UK and it an early 90's model. A quick call to the mainstream insurers (including those I've been with for years) and they won't touch anything over 15 years old. It seems that the only option is to apply for classic car insurance, but I am assuming that is only available for social, domestic, pleasure (private) use? I guess that this would also prohibit being able to tax the vehicle commercially. Ideally, I would like it insured and taxed commercially (and used commercially) but, unlike the UK, there appear to be no willing insurers.

    Any pointers?
