    hello Folks,

1 metre flue was left outside disassembled for a few weeks and now the insulation in it is wet. I have tried leaving it in wind but it doesn't seem to help much. I am concerned that inside is still wet but I don't really want to go pulling out the insulation as I might do more damage than good. Will this have any impact on the flue performance if it's wet?

    thanks

dump and replace, what you have is useless

at 100 euro a pop dumping it is not to be sneezed at. Might try extracting the insulation. I have a full inch all around access. With the right tools it should not be such an issue.
