    Is it a young ash tree?
    BTW it is not growing where it is - that's the top 750mm from a plant 2m tall+

    Thanks - I thought so.
    Like I said that's just the tip cut off and stuck into the soil to get a decent pic!
    It's growing so fast and getting so big, it will need to be chopped down, soon!

    Try and pull it out if you can . If you chop it you will get more shoots
