    It was mayhem down there this morning. Huge queues and the guards were called as supposedly people were getting rowdy.

    Cant imagine why ppl get hot and bothered over a fire sale. Hopefully the guards quelled the situation.

    My MIL went down there this afternoon just before 6. She said it wasn't too busy. When she came out 45 minutes later there was a massive queue

    Apparently the sale continues until Sunday. Was in there yesterday evening. People were filling multiple trolleys. Most of the shelves were empty by 8:30 so I assume they have more stock to put on the shelves.
    Fairly good bargains in there.

    People are some muppets, i was in Woddies near Smyths yesterday everyone was bringing out something i think ppl felt they had to get something after making the effort to go, only 40% off Smyths must be pissing themselves prob got rid of the last 4 or 5 years garbage from their warehouse

    Even a pack of stray goats turned up to see what all the fuss was about.

    One eye witness said: “The kids were delighted. The goats were trying to pull stuff off trolleys and some people ran for their cars when they saw them.”

    I'd have gone just to see this...

    Was away so wasnt able to post until now! the sale was great! was there for 8 am got in at 10am and got my xmas list sorted There was no craziness from the crowd and the staff were fantastic. They let customers in in blocks of about 30/40 at a time. Yes the goats turned up ! Glad I went!
