Windows 10 Tablet OS

This is probably a stupid question, and I did try the search without success...

I'm looking at Windows 10 netbooks/ tablets to run a specific software (trainerroad). This software isn't supported on Windows Mobile, but does give min specs for "netbook class" devices as well as notebook/ desktop.

I'm a bit confused as to how I tell whether a Windows 10 tablet is running a mobile version or a "desktop" version of Windows 10 - is it purely screen size, or is there something else I need to be researching/ asking about?

The software isn't the only reason I'm looking, but it is kinda a deal breaker!

    Thanks

Any of the netbooks/tablets will be running full Windows 10. Windows 10 Mobile is only on phones.

Your bigger issue may be that the specs of the cheaper ones (eg: with 1/2GB of RAM, low storage, and poor screen resolutions) may not be up to what you want it to do.
