    Will definitely support this. The Moreabbey crew are the best you'll find anywhere. I hope that the people he mentions are doing well and make a full recovery.

    Aside from that, there's hardly a more picturesque part of Ireland for a 4 miler.

    Great Race last night. Really enjoyed it very fast last mile and had a dog fight with the lead lady to the line.
