    Hi I'm wondering if anyone in here can help me I'm going into leaving cert next week and I hope to do general nursing when I finish school but there is one problem I do foundation level maths !! So I do not think this will be possible. Does anyone have any suggestions of ways I could get into collage in Ireland or the UK.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Thank you ☺

    I hope you don't mind me being honest and frank, but I would not like to be treated by a nurse who only had foundation level maths.


    Nursing involves dealing with weights/measurements/dosage/temperatures, often in critical situations.


    My advice would be switch to OL maths, and work hard at it.

    How would you know what level maths the nurse would have, Would you ask them before they treated you?
