nuisance private caller calls

I am getting frequent land line calls from a Private Caller. Presumably a scam line. I have answered a few times and there is just silence, so presumably it is an automatic call. I have started to ignore them when I see Private Caller, but still I have to check the phone and it is happening a couple of times most days.

We have the 'no unsolicited ads' service but there does not seem to be any way I can report these with no number. Is there anything I can do? Thanks.

Hi looksee, thanks for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear this. I can appreciate how frustrating this must be. I'm afraid we're unable to block a number even if you had this however I would recommend contacting the billing team & they can make sure you are not opted in for third party calls. You can reach them on 1800503303 (Opt 3). Stacey

I would recommend reporting this to our malicious calls bureau looksee.
