I'm presuming you have the inserts in the rings also.
The scope Center. Is that from the top of the dovetail on the rifle.

Yes scope centre from the top of the dove tail. Plastic inserts are in.

I've a sidewinder scope there 6-24-56 will them mounts have enough room to fit that scope without the bell touching the barrel

6-24 I presume is quite a long scope and my guess is they would fit however it also depends on your natural head position where you need to have the scope positioned on your rifle.
I fitted a "short 3-9x50 leupold yesterday to a T3 with very low mounts (centre 26.7mm above rail), measuring from that the 6-24x56 should have no problems with those optilock mounts (centre 33mm above rail).
