Leaking extension roof

Any idea how much a leak like this would cost to fix? I have someone coming to have a look but no idea what to expect.
It's on the extension which is 12 years old. There are a few other damp patches around the extension as well but not even half as bad as this one.
    Thanks

We couldn't possibly have any clue how much it would cost to fix that, sorry.

Any chance of a picture from outside?

Hi Emz, your first port of call would be to diagnose the problem/identify the cause. Could be something as simple as a bit a bit of lead flashing on the roof being lifted by wind in storm weather.
Are there any pipes in the ceiling near where the dampness is evident or does the moisture only show when it rains???
