Jobseekers allowance

    So my jobseekers allowance was suspended for this week because I didnt sign on this week. I signed up for a full time fas course in Limerick training centre last month . I was told I would not have to sign on for 6 months as I would be exempt from signing on.
    Unfortunately my case officer did not inform the dole I signed on and my payment was suspended. Will I recieve my payment for this week or is that gone due to administrative error?

    I have the relevant documentation by the way. Letter from intreo to confirm exemption from signing on plus letter from Limerick training centre
