Samsung Galaxy Core Prime - Change default memory to SD card?

    Hi,

    I have this phone about month now, have to say it's a very good phone, I'm happy with it for the most part, however the internal memory (8GB) fills up in no time. I've just 196MB memory left. I've also an 8GB SD card in the phone that has over 6GB free space.

    Does anyone know, is it possible to change the default memory to the SD card?

    Apps etc have to be installed on local memory but the likes of photos and downloads etc can be pointed to the SD card.
