I'm just wondering how much levs would be enough for one week in sunny beach. Were staying at the aqua nevis all inclusive. Wed be going out drinking most nights but not any real heavy sessions. And also how much is 200 smokes? Thanks

Depends on your spending habits. I would probably exchange 100 Euro and take out more after if/when needed.
If you're changing money on the street be aware of the "scams" where they advertise the selling rate and have a really crap buying rate for Euros. I got caught and stung bad, entirely my fault for not checking the small print, but won't make that mistake again.

Sunny Beach is cheap. You won't spend too much there. I remember we used to eat out every night, 4 of us, for about the equivalent of about €50.

Get a Revolut card and you can just take out from an ATM as and when. https://revolut.com/
