Winter sun holiday ideas

We normally take a winter break for about 10 days in November. We usually go to Teneriefe of Lanzrote but would like to try somewhere different this year.
We are not sun worshiper ,we don't lie by the pool all day or lie on the beach.
We would normally hire bikes for a few days and cycle by the coast or go to near by villages for the day. This would be leisure cycling 30km - 40km .
Then other days we would do a 10km walk and possible get the bus back.
We would like a place with a few restaurants and bars not really looking for any late night life .
I know that the Canary Islands is great for winter sun but are there other places that people can recommend ,

South of France? Nice or Cannes perhaps. Some lovely leisurely cycling do be done along the coast there.

I think you'd enjoy Maderia, Malta or Cyprus are also good suggestions! What about Tel Aviv for somewhere a little different!

I am checking out Cyprus and Maderia.
I don't think weather in South of France would be consistent in November a much higher chance of rain.
    Thanks for all the ideas.

Any idea if any tour operators go to Agadir out of Cork in winter? I've googled the big ones but no luck

They dont fly to Agadir in the summer from Cork!

Wikipedia usually has an accurate list of destinations from an airport. If it says Charter it may not be bookable with that specific airline.
