If you purchased directly from amazon, contact Amazon , you can do it on Chat for faster reply, they will create a RMA, on it it should say how to post back, anpost, courier, etc. Even if you purchase via ParcelMotel or parcel Wizard you can ask them to provide return labels for Ireland.

If you purchase from a Marketseller on Amazon contact the seller for possible options.

For prices you could check parcel2go or similar service, I think some couriers have restrictions and do not cover TV's if anything happens.

yeah i got the labels but their instructions weren't that detailed and they didn't recommend any courier in particular. need one that will collect form the house rather than me bringing the tv to them.

won't be buying anything from amazon warehouse again. serves me right for tyring to save a few euros.

Are the labels not prepaid? Is there instructions with them on how to post?

What they might also do is refund you the charges after you send it to them, If so contact them and ask them for prepaid labels they might give them to you.

With Parcel2go they collect from you.

they don't seem to be prepaid but they did already say they would refund the cost of delivery.

    thanks again, will checkout parcel2go.
