    Hello,

Looking for some information. i went back to college last year on a level 7 course but didn't like it so dropped out in November. I have been accepted to another course in GMIT a level 8 but have been refused the grant from SUSI because of last years course. I don't see why i should be refused as i did not even get approved for the grant last year and did not receive a cent.

    Thanks

You don't qualify, as it based on progression and the time spent in college, irrespective if you received funding or not.

Pay your way through year 1 and then you'll qualify for 2-4. Worth it if your degree is fruitful and you can scrape the cash together.
