Passed a car a 630 this morning in a ball of flames on the m3, northbound after J6. There was a bloke standing about 30 meters away looking at it so not sure if anyone was in it.

The fire brigade were coming on to the motorway at the next junction and the traffic reports on the radio were reporting very soon after.

    Scary stuff

They are called thermal incidents now apparently, fire seems to suggest a fatal flaw in the car while thermal incident is a nice cozy phrase you can repeat to yourself while you break out the marshmallows

And a crash is an uncontrolled contact with a wall.

Not when they want insurance hahaha research suggests insurance companies regard engineers as marginally more risky than jihadis.

Creative job titles are all the rage now, for example, I once worked as a fuel injection technician as a teenager (pump attendant)

A disASTRA for the owner, it will be on his RECKORD when he goes to renew his insurance.

Poor ADAM, all he wanted to do was get a COMBO from the China garden :(

I knew an aeronautic hygiene technician. He cleaned the jacks for Ryanair.

I need a coffee after reading all that, maybe a MOKKA will hit the spot.

Nobody has said it was actually an Opel.
It could have been a older Fiat with the FIRE Engine......actually it could have just been a Fiat anyway :)
