    Snapchat is an app with various filters and a texting option. You can take a photo of yourself with festival like flowers in your hair or dog ears and noses superimposed onto your face. You can also send normal pictures from it too without the filters. You can also send a video from it or video call from the app too.

    I assume I'm younger than both of you and probably in the target audience for snapchat but I had no idea what he was talking about either :D

    Although I think I have seen pictures with manip wreathes of flowers in the hair, come to think of it. Probably the same thing.
