Hi, my friend has been here in Ireland for the past five years on a stamp 2 visa ...she was in her second year (of 4) in college until her parents back in Nigeria couldn't pay her college's fees anymore .. I'm just wondering if there is any course she could do with someone like ETB who would pay her a training allowance or…

I'm just wondering if there is any course she could do with someone like ETB who would pay her a training allowance or even do it for free? (She's not on social welfare)

Any help would be appreciated .. she deserves it more than anyone I know and would be a real shame if she had to go back because of this.

People on Stamp 2 are not entitled to any form of payment from DSP.
