Steam unlock times

    Evening folks.

    Does anyone know how Steam works the time for unlocking games?


    Say with Deus Ex. Releases in the 23rd. Does it mean midnight tonight or 6pm tomorrow?


    Always confuddled me a small bit.

    It's US time for this one, so that usually means 0900 PST, which equates to 1700 for us.

    Edit: seems in this specific instance it's 1700 for us in Ireland/UK.
