Any body else get this to work?. Doesn't seem to be working me. I signed up my Strava account and email and logged a ride of sufficient length. (Per the site it needs to be at least 20k and 20 minutes long).

what does it do? mix up your photos with google street view images of your ride?

i'm just a bit wary of yet another app asking for rights to read other data...

It basically gives you a track like the suunto watches, if you've seen them? Or like on the tv for tour stages.

It can take a couple new of hours to get the email, but I've always got one since I signed up.

I've had a few of these recently. It's a nice touch but it's really just a fancy map overview with a few graphics and limited data that displays the location of your max speed and HR. A 30km ride is condensed into 60 secs using a Google Maps overview and fast yellow tracing line of your route.

My honest opinion is that it looks cool and decent quality but it's a bit 'gimmicky'. That said I always check out the video when I get the email!

Disconnected from it as it didn't respect privacy zones. :-(

Don't understand. Is the video not visible only by you (unless you choose to forward to someone else)?

It seems to respect my privacy zones.

I got a giggle out of the video. Gimmicky but free-good combination.

    Well spotted OP

I discovered this in April after riding some big sportives. I got in touch with the guys behind the website and asked if they could give these important-to-me rides the Relive treatment. They were more than happy to help :)

I finally got the email with the video

Its really cool and gimmicky, I love gimmicky stuff

In terms of the privacy zones, its in my opinion impossible to tell

If you have the ride saved on say a garmin, you can delete from Strava and reload it and get the video. That works.

Is it similar to polar flow? Not got a chance to look, on the phone at present.

It respected my privacy zones. There are obvious landmarks where I work and some wiggles at my house and it started/stopped outside my private areas.

It's nice but a bit more would be super. For example, I got a load of PBs tonight so a few stars flying off the map or something like that would be cool. Not that I care about such things, of course.

I got the extra strava stats plugin and then Relive came along. Excellent :)

I got Fed up getting an email after every ride and didn't see an option to disable email alerts or only rides over x distance

I was waiting for a really epic ride to post a Relive video on facebook... and in fairness I found it boring.

I default a lot of mine to private as they're often just really extended commutes. Defaulting to private stops you from getting a relive as well which was a bonus.

Rides marked as commutes (within a reasonable time of upload) will prevent you getting a relive video on them also.

I've enabled http://commutemarker.com/ for that purposes, but I still get relive emails for commutes over 15-17km, even though that app marks them within a very reasonable time, so I think you nearly need to do it straight away.

Often it doesn't look as spectacular as your ride felt but it did a great job with Ring of Beara this weekend:

    Nice spin!

Its great for these kind of rides, its ghe 40-50km club spins where its nof needed, i have an email filter that puts them in a folder straight away, when i want to watchba specfic ride, i can look them up, i then copy thelink to the description in strava for future viewing if i want

This is now available on an app (iOS and Android) and that contains old rides too
