I paid €190 in pair. They replaced with some generic/knock off sony screen which didnt take long to break after a drop. Ended up buying a genuine screen on ebay for €70 and replaced it myself. Its as good as new

Yikes, thats kind of extortionate. I'm not the kind of person who would take on a repair like that myself either.

who are ya telling. i looked at the knock off replacement screens they used and they are about €30 online. A nice €160 for labour! to be honest i was a bit wary myself but there are plenty of youtube videos online to guide you through. Took less than an hour. You'll be looking at €150 at least for repair and chances are they wont be using a genuine screen

I might give it a shot, the other options are having an expensive paperweight or paying almost the value of the phone for a repair.

Cheers, It doesn't look that bad actually. I'll give it a shot and hope I don't make a monumental mess of it :P
