Hkc comms fault panel won't set... Alarm beeping continuously!!

    Initially had a rf low battery so was advised to change batteries in the sensors.
    Have done this however now getting the above message. Not sure if it was there throughout.
    Does this point at the main panel battery being dead.
    Touch pad is beeping continuously, this stops for about 30mins if you enter the code.
    I would change the battery myself but for some reason can't open the panel.
    Any help would be appreciated.

    It's a device battery thats dead. You need to get your system serviced and all the batteries changed.
