I drive frequently to Dublin (including the M50) & Galway from the midlands. Does one e-toll company cover all tolls? I'm thinking of getting a e-tag but I'm confused...............

So must of the tags will do all the tolls in the country. The exception is with E-Flow aka the government ran tag company is having a disrupt with the people over the M1, M7 - Portlaoise, & M25 - Waterford tolls.

E-Flow do it on a charge of 50c per month along with whatever tolls you do.

Other companies do it on a commission charge of 5-10% of the tolls you go though per month.
